CapCut VN Country Operation Manager

Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. Responsibilities: - Responsible for user growth and commercial income increase in CapCut Vietnam. - Acquire and manage new professional video editors and motion graphic designers to contribute quality video templates and effects for CapCut in the United States & Europe markets. - Develop efficient methods for supervisors' quarterly objectives of creator acquisition & management and content production generation & promotion. Explore new room of increase for CapCut Vietnam. - Bifurcate goals and work appropriately among in-country operation teammates. Build up a strong in-country team with professional leadership. - Collaborate with product teammates and other regional country managers to explore effective methods to increase CapCut's user and income scale of AI features in Southeast Asia region. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of working in talent management or video editing sections. Familiar with creator recruitment, agency management or senior in video editing & motion graphics design industries. Familiar with Adobe image & video editing tools (AE, PR, PhotoShop, etc). 2. Good connection & talent network in video editing, graphics design or KOL/MCN industries. 3. Experienced in managing an in-country operations team with a scale of about 10 members. Professional team management skills and able to draw clear roadmaps to cultivate teammates. 4. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications: 5. Objective oriented and well-structured expression. High working efficiency with a big passion towards video editing & AI business. Agile flexibility in complicated situations. 6. Good sense of cooperation among multiple teams. 7. Experience working for Technology or Internet companies.
