Join our exciting team as a Live Dealer for the swing shift (3 PM-11 PM) at our premier casino in Atlantic City! We're seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to create an unforgettable gaming experience for our guests. Responsibilities include adhering to gaming regulations, understanding game rules, following procedures, conducting games, providing assistance to players, reporting issues, attending training, participating in promotions, maintaining a professional demeanor, communicating effectively, keeping information confidential, and performing additional duties as instructed by management.
Must Have:
  • Adhere to gaming regulations and departmental policies.
  • Understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
  • Conduct games according to schedule and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to players with game-related questions.
  • Report any risks or mistakes immediately.

  • Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services NJ regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
  • Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
  • Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
  • Conduct games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
  • Provide players with timely, accurate and professional assistance with game related and general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
  • Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
  • Attend educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
  • Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
  • Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
  • Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
  • Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
