Job Description

This role is for a Character Original Artist specializing in card games (MLA). The artist will be responsible for designing game original art, including character illustrations, small character models, and Q-version emojis, while adapting to project styles and ensuring timely delivery. The position requires 2-4 years of experience, strong hand-painting skills, proficiency in design software like Photoshop, SAI2, Blender, and AI tools like MJ and SD, along with knowledge of Western fantasy and Japanese/Korean art styles. The artist should also be able to establish AI tool workflows.

Good To Have:

Deep understanding and experience with various AI art tools and workflows (MJ, SD, Doubao, Jimeng).
Experience in establishing or implementing practical AI art tool workflow solutions.

Must Have:

Design game original art including illustrations, character models, and Q-version emojis.
Adapt to project art styles and ensure timely delivery.
2-4 years of original painting work experience.
Outstanding hand-painting ability and CG atmosphere creation.
Proficiency in Photoshop, SAI2, Blender.
Proficiency in AI auxiliary tools like MJ, SD, and Lora models.
Basic understanding and project experience in Western fantasy and Japanese/Korean styles.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Accept art style tests.

Job Description

1. Proficiently design according to the overall project requirements and style, and also refine existing designs for subsequent work. Responsible for various aspects of game original art, including illustrations, character small model designs, Q-version emoji packs, and other dimensions of work.

2. Proficiently cooperate with the team, accept work arrangements, possess strong style adaptability, and quickly adapt to and align with the project's art style. Ensure timely delivery to maintain steady project development.

3. Able to establish art AI tool workflow standards based on project needs.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent modeling design ability, including the summary and application of design language, solid art-related knowledge, and a strong foundation.

2. 2-4 years of original painting work experience, outstanding hand-painting ability, capable of designing and highly refining character original paintings according to text requirements, and possessing certain CG atmosphere capabilities.

3. Able to adapt to various styles, possess high aesthetic sense, unique insights and ideas, and be competent in creating highly complete works.

4. Proficient in work-related software such as Photoshop, SAI2, Blender, and skilled in using various AI auxiliary tools like MJ, SD, and proficient in applying various styles of Lora models.

5. Possess a basic understanding and relevant project work experience in Western fantasy and Japanese/Korean styles.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, high work commitment, quick feedback and response, providing reasonable solutions, communicating and cooperating with R&D upstream and downstream, and assisting the team in achieving goals.

7. Accept art style tests.

Bonus Points:

1. Deep understanding and experience in using various art-related AI tools and workflows, proficient in using various AI auxiliary tools like MJ, SD, Doubao, Jimeng, and skilled in applying various styles of Lora models, with high enthusiasm for exploring AI tools.

2. Preference given to those with complete practical cases of establishing art AI tool workflow standards or who have already established feasible art AI automated workflow solutions.
