Responsible for the design of core gameplay & systems within the game, with clear self-deconstruction of solutions, complete judgment of boundary conditions, reasonable and clear handling solutions, and the ability to adapt to actual situations during development. Possess high-quality UE design capability, required to use prototyping tools such as XD/Axure, with complete design information and clear interaction logic.
2. Understand game R&D processes, able to independently plan medium-to-large systems (1-2 months R&D cycle), organize and write requirement documents for designers, developers, and testers to clarify functional requirements.
3. Work closely with copywriters, programmers, and artists, responsible for functional design and promotion execution.
1. 3 years or more of system planning experience, with preference given to those with complete R&D process experience, launched product experience, launched product operation and maintenance experience, or outstanding achievements.
2. Passionate about games, with preference given to those who have in-depth analysis of ACG-style cultivation card games or idle card games.
3. Possess certain appreciation for art and copywriting, pay attention to details and experience implementation, able to capture the most attractive parts of art and copywriting settings and implement them into actual game experience. Preference given to those with professional experience in design, industrial design, film, or directing.
4. Capable of independently developing core systems, UI, numerical content, and possess a good overall perspective.
5. Possess strong team cooperation awareness, able to proactively undertake boundary work, and have good stress resistance.
