1. Responsible for the design of core gameplay & systems within the game, with clear self-deconstruction of solutions, complete judgment of boundary conditions, reasonable and clear handling solutions, and the ability to adapt to actual situations during development. Possess high-quality UE design capabilities, required to use prototyping tools such as XD/Axure, with complete design draft information and clear interaction logic.
2. Understand the game development process, capable of independently planning medium to large-scale systems in games (1-2 month development cycle), organizing and writing requirement documents for designers, developers, and testers to clarify functional requirements.
3. Work closely with copywriters, programmers, and artists, responsible for functional design and promotion of execution.
1. 3 years or more of system planning experience; experience in complete R&D processes, experience with launched products, experience in operation and maintenance of launched products, or outstanding experience is preferred.
2. Love games, in-depth analysis of ACG cultivation card games or idle card games is preferred.
3. Possess certain appreciation for art and copywriting, attention to detail and experience implementation, able to capture the most attractive parts of art and copywriting settings and implement them into actual game experience; experience in design, industrial design, film, directing and other related fields is preferred.
4. Capable of independently developing core systems, UI, numerical values and other content, with a good overall perspective.
5. Strong team cooperation awareness, able to actively undertake boundary work, and possess good stress resistance.
