What you will be doing

• Building and launching AI products from scratch — defining its concept, strategy, roadmap and taking it to its first users.
• Scaling — testing hypotheses, identifying growth opportunities and developing the product into a large-scale business while managing unit economics, P&L and key metrics.
• Building a strong team — hiring key specialists and fostering an effective culture.
• Staying abreast of AI and entertainment trends — understanding new technologies and how they can change the experience.
• Make decisions and own the results — you will have maximum autonomy, but the success of the product will be in your hands.

What we expect from you

• Proven experience of launching and growing AI-driven products as a founder, co-founder or CPO.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — track record of successfully scaling your own startups.
• Leadership — experience in building and managing teams of 10+ people, motivating them and driving results.
