Job Description

The Certified Pharmacy Technician will work in the Script Partner Pharmacy Team, supporting the company's mission of making medications accessible by fulfilling prescriptions. Responsibilities include data entry of prescriptions, preparation of prescription orders, inventory maintenance, handling provider communications, and resolving open issues. The technician must perform all tasks safely and comply with company policies and laws. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, and basic pharmacy calculation skills. The technician will work on-site in Chesterfield, MO and ensure patients receive their medications safely and on time.
Must have:
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri
  • 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • PTCB or NHA certification
  • Professional phone presence
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Pass background check and drug test

Script Partner Pharmacy Team supports the company mission of making medications accessible by fulfilling prescriptions during the last stages of the prescription journey. We are responsible for ensuring our patients receive their medications in a timely and safe manner.

Location: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Suite 105, Chesterfield MO.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions as per Blink protocols
  • Preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping
  • Inventory maintenance (storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating)
  • Handling provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
  • Resolution of open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Partner Pharmacy Coordinator team
  • Performing all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
  • Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacist-in-Charge

Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted)
  • 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required 
  • PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining or willing to become certified within 120 days of starting employment
  • Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software 
  • Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
