Varonis is looking for a dynamic Global Partner & Alliance Marketing Director to lead, design, and drive high-impact channel pipeline generation marketing programs. This role is pivotal in shaping Varonis' partner ecosystem and is an exceptional opportunity to significantly influence our rapidly expanding cloud business through partners and alliance hyperscalers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment, and bring innovative ideas to life, particularly in driving impactful partner and alliance marketing initiatives. They will have a proven history of crafting and implementing successful SaaS channel marketing programs, dynamics, incentives, and programs, particularly through AWS, Microsoft, and Google.
Must Have:- Proven leader with 8-10 years of experience in partner and alliance marketing within a $1B+ B2B SaaS technology organization, ideally in cybersecurity or networking sectors.
- Direct experience collaborating with channel sales managers, leaders, and technical teams, along with a comprehensive understanding of the partner landscape, including regional and national resellers and hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft.
- Experience working with Marketplace PDMs.
- A positive influencer who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is skilled at driving progress and transformative change.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing key performance indicators to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in launching new initiatives for the partner community, focusing on enablement, incentives, and performance management strategies.
- Strong ability to navigate organizational boundaries and build relationships to achieve objectives.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
