The Channel Business Manager, NSW & ACT is responsible for driving sales revenue growth, expanding the reseller partner network, and strengthening relationships with distribution and reseller partners in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Key responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional partner support, conducting training and presentations, managing sales opportunities in Salesforce, preparing forecasts and reports, assisting partners with project administration, representing Milestone at industry events, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the IT or security industry, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. The role requires effective time management, travel within the assigned territory and occasional overseas travel.
