We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead and develop our partner and product strategies. The Gaming Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through our partner ecosystem collaborating with retailers, distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other key channel partners.The ideal candidate has previous knowledge of P&L and budget management, assortment strategies, and data analytics.
The Channel Marketing Team drives core business functions in channel and pricing strategy, go-to market planning, and merchandising as a key player in a cross-functional group.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
P&L Management: Monitor and report on performance to key financial goals.
Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across indirect sales channels.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on Channel Partner performance
Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners ensuring alignment with our product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Program Management: Oversee channel marketing programs, including partner onboarding,
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for channel activities, ensuring effective use of funds and alignment with overall business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment and execution of channel strategies.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, utilizing data to provide recommendations and analysis to further drive growth.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience 2+ years of channel/business marketing or price analyst experience, ideally in gaming peripherals, PC components or tech industry.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of indirect sales channels and the partner ecosystem, with experience working with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams.
Proficiency within Excel, Power BI.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to “join the dots” and drive decision-making.
Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, retail marketing
For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $115,000—$125,000 USD
