As Chief of Staff (Operations), you'll be a key member of the executive team, maximizing leadership effectiveness, driving critical cross-functional projects, and bridging strategy with execution. Responsibilities include managing leadership operations, optimizing meeting cadences, preparing data-driven insights, leading strategic planning (OKRs, performance reporting, executive offsites), delivering cross-functional projects (involving People, Finance, Legal, and Operations), fostering organizational alignment through communications, and collaborating with the executive team to shape strategy and execution. The role demands strong analytical and project management skills, exceptional communication, and experience in high-growth environments.

About The Role ๐ค:
At Immutable, our mission is to scale the world's most innovative blockchain gaming platform, and your role as Chief of Staff (Operations) would play a critical role in making this vision a reality.
As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the executive team to maximise leadership effectiveness, drive critical cross-functional projects, and connect strategy to execution. You'll serve as the glue between strategy and action, ensuring alignment across the organisation and focusing on our most impactful priorities.

You'll Be Empowered To ๐ฎ:
- Manage leadership operations by driving agendas, optimising cadences, and preparing data-driven insights to enable key business decisions
- Take end-to-end ownership of Immutableโs strategic planning processes, including company-wide OKRs, performance metric reporting and the design and facilitation of executive offsite
- Lead and deliver cross-functional strategic projects, particularly those involving group functions such as People, Finance, Legal and Operations
- Foster alignment and communication across the organisation by developing and executing on internal communications plans and managing key company-wide forums
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to shape strategy and translate it into actionable outcomes for the business
We'd Love You To Bring ๐ค:
- At least 4 years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital or as an operator at a tech scale-up
- A strong analytical mindset with proven skills in data-driven decision-making, financial literacy and the ability to interpret P&Ls and budgets
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing multiple complex projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on execution, ensuring tasks and projects are delivered to a high standard
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
