The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operational flow, mapping and optimizing all operational processes, ensuring operational coordination between various teams, preparing operational processes for new product launches, establishing regulatory-compliant operational infrastructures, and presenting operational performance reports to senior management. The role requires at least 7 years of operations management experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, technology, or crypto, along with knowledge of process design, service level monitoring, and customer experience management.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of financial operations and KYC/AML processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Good command of English.
Must Have:
  • At least 7 years of operations management experience.
  • Knowledge of process design and service level monitoring.
  • Experience in managing multiple teams.

We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.



Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation flow

• Map and optimize all operational processes (customer transactions, money inflow/outflow, onboarding, support, KYC, etc.)

• Ensure operational coordination between technical, legal, finance and product teams

• Prepare operational processes and manage risks in new product/feature launches

• Establish regulatory-compliant, traceable and sustainable operational infrastructures

• Present operational performance reports to senior management


Qualifications

• At least 7 years of operations management experience (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, technology or crypto)

• Knowledge of process design, service level monitoring (SLA), customer experience management

• Experience in managing multiple teams in rapidly scaling structures

• Preferably knowledge of financial operations, KYC/AML processes

• Analytical mindset and strong decision-making skills

• Competent in team building, motivation and crisis management

• Preferably good command of English

• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and data analysis tools

• High learning agility capacity
