What You’ll Do

Direct roadway production resources to produce a quality product, providing frequent peer reviews
Provide direction and guidance to other designers regarding plans production
Requires no technical supervision by senior staff, other than that required for the EOR to be in responsible charge
Complete tasks and projects within expectations of Project Manager, Supervisor or Task Lead
Serve as a resource to all roadway staff for production and technical assistance

What You’ll Need

High School diploma
Vocational Training course completion or equivalent college level courses is preferred
A minimum of 20 years of related experience
Other experience or training may be considered

What You’ll Bring

Expert in MicroStation or AutoCAD, including civil platforms (such as OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, Civil3D, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to effectively prioritize
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
Ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on deadline-driven activities
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other Office Products
Ability to work with across other disciplines (roadway, structures and drainage, landscape, etc.) to identify and reduce design conflicts
