Cinematic Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage creation of cinematics in close collaboration with the other Producers, notably Narrative and Animation Producers
• Report to the Executive Producer
• Manage planning, budget and priorities
• Anticipate challenges and propose solutions to solve them
• Assess risks and draw plans to avoid them
• Manage related tasks in planning software, milestone plan, meetings
• Manage contractors (follow up, deliverables, budget) and collaborate with the Legal department for bills, SOW and MSA
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture
• Remove roadblocks

Qualifications

• Excellent Project Management skills
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to remain focused
• Be autonomous, strong in terms of proposals and comfortable in seeking alternatives
• Solid team player with strong work ethics and cooperative attitude
• Solid oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Analytical thinking and problem solver
• Very strong listener
• Existing game development experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cinematics, TV or Movies
• Experience in AAA games development
