Scopely is seeking a highly motivated Client Engineer to join our Playgami team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis!

Playgami is building the best SaaS gaming platform ever! The team strives to create the world’s best products for game production, operation, and insights. Powering many award-winning, loved-by-millions franchise games on mobile, web, and PC.
What You’ll Do 
  • Design, architect and implement features in core packages leveraged by our game applications
  • Support Playgami's SDK packages integration process for all our growing game portfolio
  • Take responsibility for the quality of what the team creates, helping to establish good practices.
  • Deliver code and supporting documentation of the highest quality through good design, attention to detail, and system testing on a timely basis.
  • Work in an agile environment where your opinions matter
  • Team up with skilled colleagues who are committed to delivering the best products possible
  • Share knowledge and help colleagues both inside and outside of your team
What We’re Looking For 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Team player with good communication skills, someone who is easy to work with
  • Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals (data structures, concurrency, design patterns, algorithms)
  • High-quality and maintainable code writing
  • Experience of C#, C++, Java or another OO language
  • Hands-on experience developing games with any engine (Unity, Unreal, Godot) or platforms (gaming consoles)
  • Always looking further to keep improving your skills
  • Product engineering mindset
  • Fluency and professional command of the English language

Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience with mobile development (Android, iOS)
  • Previous experience developing shared tools
  • Experience with asynchronous, multi-threaded, parallel programming paradigms
