TPG is hiring entry-level Client Game Capture Artists based in Hollywood, California. Your mission will be to work alongside our creative team to create epic gameplay footage!
Please note this position will begin as home-based / remote, but will require 100% on-site work starting in April 2025.
The opportunity:
Are you passionate about gaming? Do you know every nook and cranny of your favorite AAA Sports game? Can you recite your favorite player’s details and stats by memory? Would you like a career in capturing and saving video gameplay moments? If so, we'd love to learn more about you!
This is a full-time freelance to potential staff role (you will be paid W2 payroll). Performance will be evaluated at or around the 90-day mark of your work with us.
What you will do in this role:
- Capture and save incredible gameplay moments.
- Craft precise shot lists detailing great gameplay sequences, camera angles & unique elements.
- Get paid to play AAA Sports video games.
- Provide feedback for the game and check for bugs.
- Quality control related to game content and continuity.
- Report and communicate those bugs with the Gaming Development Team.
About you:
- You're a walking encyclopedia of all things American Football video games (Madden, College Football, etc.) and a huge fan of the sport.
- You're currently playing those games today (unfortunately, knowledge must be fresh and you must be an active player.
- You have a keen eye for detail and love noting inconsistencies in sports play-by-plays.
- You have experience with at least one of the following: Photography, Cinematography, or Digital Art
- You pride yourself on your proficient PC skills and familiarity with popular mainstream gaming consoles (Xbox, PS5, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
- Your communication and time management skills are excellent.
- You're a positive influence in the workplace and a great team member.
