Job Description

ByteDance seeks Client Solutions Managers to provide strategic recommendations and optimize ad campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance data, offering data-driven insights to clients, serving as product consultants, coordinating with internal teams (Ad Ops, Product, R&D), conducting business reviews, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign execution and analysis, market penetration analysis, marketing budget management, data analysis, social and programmatic marketing, and presenting to stakeholders. Domestic travel up to 10% is required.

Responsibilities Provide strategic recommendations and optimizations of ads by monitoring and analyzing ad campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use the insights to improve our advertising offerings. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns and proactively take initiative to improve results. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships. Coordinate with Ad Ops, Product, and R&D teams internally to ensure a smooth and successful ad campaign execution. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team. Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Media Communication, Marketing, Advertising or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s degree. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Digital advertising, including the following: (1) campaign execution and analysis; and (2) analysis of market penetration of competitive products; Analyzing advertising objectives and managing marketing budgets, including Profit and Loss (P&L); Translating large data sets from Excel and dashboards into actionable takeaways and insights reported to clients; Social and programmatic digital marketing experience, including both hands-on keyboard experience and experience as a sales representative working with clients to achieve marketing business goals; and Presenting to internal and external stakeholders on different topics including performance, pitches, business reviews, case studies, media days and recurring meetings. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $81510 - $126667 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
