Job Description
Qube Cinema is seeking a Client Success Associate to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves streamlining client account management, resolving issues via various channels, and fostering strong relationships with industry players. The associate will also gather client feedback to improve products and work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience, contributing to the evolution of digital cinema.
Must have:
- Streamline client account management process
- Attend and resolve client issues on calls, tickets, and mail
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance product features
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with major industry players
- Work cross-functionally with other teams for seamless customer experience
- Open to work in 24*7 shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
- Any Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
