Job Description

The Client Support Project Manager will be responsible for one or more support or equipment upgrade projects for client navies. This role involves coordinating internal and external teams, ensuring successful project launch and execution, managing client interfaces, organizing maintenance interventions, and optimizing budgets, schedules, and contractual commitments. The manager will also handle risks, opportunities, activity reporting, and contribute to commercial proposals for additional work or renewals.
Must have:

Your daily life

The Brest site hosts our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare.

Within the UWS/CSS (Customer Support and Services) Directorate, you will be responsible for one or more support or upgrade projects for equipment in service with our client navies.

You will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure the success of equipment support and upgrade projects. You will participate in the transition from offer to project and ensure the effective launch of the project. You will manage interfaces with clients and organize maintenance interventions. You will optimize the management of budgets, schedules, and contractual commitments while managing risks and opportunities. You will produce activity reports and participate in commercial proposals for additional work or renewals.

Your profile:

Is your priority to guarantee project success? Do you want to discover a collaborative and dynamic environment?

You have an engineering degree or equivalent and have acquired solid experience in:

  • Project management
  • Transversal or hierarchical management
  • Negotiation and client relations

The current project scope is France but requires a good level of English, both oral and written.
