Within the UWS/CSS (Customer Support and Services) Directorate, you will be responsible for one or more support or upgrade projects for equipment in service with our client navies.
You will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure the success of equipment support and upgrade projects. You will participate in the transition from offer to project and ensure the effective launch of the project. You will manage interfaces with clients and organize maintenance interventions. You will optimize the management of budgets, schedules, and contractual commitments while managing risks and opportunities. You will produce activity reports and participate in commercial proposals for additional work or renewals.
