What You'll Do At Pega:

• Assist users with Okta login issues, ensuring a smooth authentication experience.
• Triage and manage all incoming cloud security tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Review all cloud access requests, ensuring secure access to Pega’ environments.
• Conduct regular access reviews to maintain strict security protocols.
• Update and maintain various applications, ensuring they meet security standards.
• Review vulnerability findings and work on remediation strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our cloud security posture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continually improve our practices.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Proficient in Okta and familiar with ticketing systems and customer service best practices.
• Experienced with cloud platforms, including AWS (IAM, CloudFormation), GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledgeable in Sailpoint and systems management for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• A problem solver with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  
  

What You've Accomplished:

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation
• Experience with identity and access management solutions, particularly Okta.
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer service.
• Experience with Sailpoint for identity governance.
• Systems management experience for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Desired Qualification
• Knowledge of CloudFormation with AWS
• Understanding of cloud security and best practices
