As a Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, work with cross-functional teams (web developers, systems administrators, and international customers), and improve product supportability. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving customer problems, developing knowledge of Google's product technology, acting as a consultant for internal stakeholders, advocating for customer needs, and working as part of a global 24/7 support team. You'll improve products, tools, processes, and documentation, making them easier to adopt and use. This role requires fluent communication in both Japanese and English.
