It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.
With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Well, what about the team?
We’re currently seeking a Commercial Comms & Planning Senior Manager to deliver against the Commercial Marketing Strategy and drive the growth of all brands across UK and Ireland. This will be achieved through developing a clear strategy for our UK and Ireland brands working hand in hand with internal and external teams to deliver integrated marketing plans and campaigns leveraging your understanding of performance, customers and the evolving Sports and iGaming industry to enable us to challenge, grow and disrupt the sector and competition. This role is diverse and varied, playing a pivotal part in driving growth and achieving commercial and customer success.
This position reports to the Director of Commercial and Comms Planning.
So, what will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing the Go To Market (GTM) calendar for UK&I ventures across Sports and Casino.
- Leading the development of the quarterly plan that builds on tentpole events, opportunities, and key activities.
- Taking ownership of headline brand and activation campaigns for UK&I ventures, establishing clear goals and measures of success
- Implementing a cross functional culture, working with key stakeholders across the business to align and manage campaign activity.
- Partnering with Brand & Proposition and Design teams to ensure all strategic brand positioning and guideline documents clearly articulate a distinct market position and RTBs for each UK&I brand through clear market briefing, collaboration, and ensure these are executed flawlessly in market.
- Defining creative and messaging strategies to ensure a consistent end-to-end player experience across all marketing touchpoints. Evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets, capturing key learnings on what resonates, and share insights across teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Working with the Head of Comms Planning to define the Activation strategy and plans.
- Identifying key opportunities within the GTM calendar to support Activation activity.
- Developing a connected media strategy that supports our marketing plan and integrates our approach across the funnel.
- Owning relationships with key media partners and media agenc
- Being responsible for any ATL Media planning, briefing budgeting and strategy, defining what media is purchased with external agencies vs in house teams.
- Developing GTM strategies for all product launches in close collaboration with Product, Planning & Delivery, and Brand & Proposition teams. For international initiatives led by Brand & Proposition, ensure market requirements are clearly communicated and that deliverables align with local market needs through strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Working with Insight team to monitor identify opportunities, monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Identifying key learnings from CSAT and customer research teams to implement key improvements for marketing teams.
- Growing our retail footprint - supporting Bally Casino Newcastle retail activation, building local plans to drive awareness and footfall to the casino property.
And what are we looking for?
- Have a proven track record of delivering measurable results - ability to set ambitious targets, track and communicate performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Possess excellent communication and people skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, bring multiple teams together in service of commercial growth.
- Possess strong marketing experience across Brand, Acquisition and Retention marketing and has developed impactful campaigns across broadcast and digital media.
- Have a proven track record and experience in managing media agencies and partners to excel and deliver impactful and integrated plans.
- Be a strategic thinker who knows how to connect commercial strategy to customer experience across multiple touchpoints and proven ability in developing strategies for commercial and customer growth.
- Be organised with the ability to work on a variety of things at once and deliver on time and budget.
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and resilience in adapting strategies to evolving market conditions, competitive pressures, and regulatory changes.
- Have strong attention to detail and demonstrable experience of creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies that deliver great business results.
- Be commercially driven with a good understanding of P&L performance and the levers to drive results.
- Passionate about Sports and iGaming with great industry experience.
