The Disneyland Hotel seeks passionate Commis de Cuisine for its two restaurants, Le Royal Banquet and La Table de Lumière. Reporting to the head chef, you will prepare and present French cuisine, adhering to technical specifications and chef instructions. Responsibilities include mise en place, food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to HACCP standards. The role involves working with high-quality ingredients, creating refined dishes (La Table de Lumière) or exceptional buffet presentations (Le Royal Banquet). Must Have:- CAP Cuisine or equivalent
- Experience in gastronomy/traditional cuisine
