Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, organizational, and coordination skills who is eager to contribute to impactful communication strategies within a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting internal memos, newsletters, and email communications

• Support the development of external communications such as press releases and company updates

• Coordinate communication schedules and maintain communication logs

• Help ensure message consistency across all departments

• Collaborate with the communications team to manage campaigns and special projects

• Perform research and prepare materials for presentations and reports

• Monitor and compile feedback from internal teams to improve messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of content editing tools
