Job Description

As Communications Director at Playrix, you'll lead both internal and external communications, spearheading Employer Brand development across various channels (social media, blogs, websites). You'll create and execute strategic philanthropic initiatives, optimize communication processes, and build relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves analyzing employee feedback for improvements, leading a team (currently three, with growth potential), and managing complex projects. International experience and fluency in Russian and English are essential.

Must have:

Senior experience in PR/Branding/Project Management
Strong understanding of brand management
Strategic planning & execution skills
Team leadership (5+ people preferred)
International market experience

Team, about the role

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as Communications Director. In this role, you will oversee internal and external communications, actively develop and strengthen the company's Employer Brand, create and implement strategic philanthropic projects.

Tasks

Managing external communications, including Employer Brand development through social media, corporate blogs, websites, and other channels

Creating and implementing philanthropic projects in Ukraine and other regions where the company operates
Optimizing existing processes and introducing new formats for internal and external interactions
Building relationships with journalists and other key stakeholders.
Analyzing employee feedback and implementing improvements based on data insights
Leading a team (currently three members, with potential for expansion) and driving complex strategic projects

Requirements

Proven experience in senior positions in PR, branding, or project management in both external and internal communications
A strong understanding of brand management principles and corporate culture development
Strategic planning skills and the ability to execute complex projects
Leadership qualities with the capability to effectively manage a team (preferably five or more people)
Successful experience in international markets
Excellent command of both Russian and English (written and spoken)
Ability to create, edit, and adapt content across various formats
