About the Role

We seek a sharp, creative, and culturally in-tune Communications Strategist to shape and elevate Schbang’s brand. This role focuses on crafting and executing high-quality, strategic organic content across multiple platforms while ensuring Schbang’s positioning as a creative, media, and technology transformation company is consistently represented.

With 1-2 years of experience, you will be pivotal in managing content marketing, storytelling, and brand communications across touchpoints—website blogs, newsletters, social media, case studies, YouTube, and internal/external communications. You will be expected to turn insights into actionable content strategies that resonate with our audience and amplify Schbang’s presence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Strategy:

    • Conceptualize and produce content that aligns with Schbang’s brand voice and objectives across blogs, newsletters, and social media.

    • Develop case studies in multiple engaging formats—reels, statics, and long-form content—to showcase client work and thought leadership.

    • Build and grow Schbang’s YouTube presence by creating IPs like podcasts, creative debriefs, and innovative video content.

  • Holistic Brand Communications:

    • Manage and maintain Schbang’s voice across internal and external communications.

    • Oversee consistent messaging across all channels, ensuring clarity and impact.

  • Content Marketing at Scale:

    • Turn brand initiatives into platform-optimized content, including videos, short clips, social posts, newsletters, and other impactful assets.

    • Leverage insights and real-time trends to identify high-impact opportunities for engagement and visibility.

  • Trendspotting & Execution:

    • Monitor brand channels and trending cultural conversations to create timely, relevant content.

    • Adapt and innovate content formats across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).

  • Collaboration & Quality Execution:

    • Work closely with designers, editors, and creators to optimise high-quality content for each platform.

    • Align closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful communication strategies.



What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or digital marketing roles (agency or brand).

  • A proven track record of creating impactful, social-first content that resonates.

  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content production skills.

  • Ability to produce and adapt content across platforms—blogs, video, newsletters, case studies, and social.

  • Strong understanding of cultural trends, real-time marketing, and what makes audiences engage.

  • Experience with tools/platforms for content creation, management, and performance tracking.

  • A hands-on, collaborative approach with a creator’s mindset and a strategic eye.
