Job Description

The Community Assistant will work with Social & Community Managers to strengthen digital communities. Responsibilities include developing social media content, exploring collaborations, researching industry trends, creating creative guidelines for video content, supporting UGC/Influencer Manager, and moderating social media channels. This position reports to the Social & Community Senior Manager and works with Game Managers, Growth Managers, and Creative functions. This role is part of the "TPU" Program for Graduates.
Must have:
  • University studies finalized within 2 years. Fields: Advertising, Communications, Design, etc.
  • Availability for Full Time Employment (40h weekly)
  • Valid work DNI, NIE or visa
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Adobe tools, CapCut, After Effects, and Premiere.
Good to have:
  • Experience with streaming (both IT setup and hosting)
  • Experience moderating on Discord
  • Familiarity with Discord bots

As part of our “TPU” Program for Graduates, we are currently seeking a Community Assistant to join our Marketing Team from our office in Barcelona to get into the world of gamer's communities.

As the Community Assistant, you will work closely with our Social & Community Managers to strengthen our digital communities

  • Develop social media content in collaboration with the creative team for key launches, while actively monitoring industry trends.
  • Explore potential collaborations with various groups across different projects by listing partners, tracking key KPIs, and supporting presentations.
  • Research trends, content creators, and current campaign strategies within the gaming industry.
  • Understand, follow, and contribute to the creation of creative guidelines aimed at building a game-specific video content library.
  • Support the UGC/Influencer Manager by identifying and presenting relevant collaborators for social media content and user acquisition (UA) campaigns.
  • Moderate social media channels and interact with communities from different video games, fostering engagement and maintaining a healthy digital environment.

This position reports to the Social & Community Senior Manager and works closely with Game Managers, Growth Managers, and Creative functions.

 

Skills And Requirements 🌟

  • University Studies (Degree or Masters officially recognized in Spain) finalized and completed within the past 2 years. (must) 🌟       Preferred fields: Advertising, Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related.
  • Availability for Full Time Employment (40h weekly). (must) 🌟
  • Valid work DNI, NIE or visa. (must) 🌟         Unfortunately, this position is not available for visa sponsorship or student visa.
  • Excellent oran and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. (must) 🌟
  • Proficient in Adobe tools, CapCut, After Effects, and Premiere, as well as other video creation tools. (must) 🌟
  • Experience with streaming (both IT setup and hosting). (nice to have) 💫
  • Experience moderating on Discord. (nice to have) 💫
  • Familiarity with Discord bots. (nice to have) 💫
  • Basic understanding of digital communities and passion for videogames and gamer culture.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Extroverted and proactive looking for having a great time while working!

📍 Location: This position is based in Spain, preferably in the Barcelona area.
