Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Community Manager for the PUBG IP Franchise with 3 to 15 years of experience. The role involves overseeing publishing and business operations for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PC/Console) and connecting PUBG Studio with players globally. Responsibilities include developing and operating community strategies for PC/Console users, designing and managing online/offline fan experiences, planning content based on community channel and influencer ecosystem analysis, aligning with HQ and relevant departments for task execution and performance management, and creating community roadmaps for new titles to build initial fanbases and drive community growth. The company is dedicated to publishing uniquely enjoyable games and expanding platforms and services to a larger fan base.
Must have:
- Community operation experience for game users
- Global organization and cross-departmental collaboration experience
- Fluent to native English proficiency
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips
Good to have:
- High interest/understanding of PUBG or Battle Royale genre
- Understanding of game content consumption trends and user behavior
- Problem-solving ability and mindset based on self-direction
- Fan-centric thinking to derive direction based on user experience and needs
- Early-stage community building or fan base launch experience

- 커뮤니티 채널 및 인플루언서 생태계 분석을 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 기획 및 실행
- HQ 및 유관 부서와의 정기적 얼라인먼트를 통한 과제 실현 및 성과 관리
- 신규 타이틀 초기 팬베이스 구축 및 커뮤니티 성장 견인을 위한 커뮤니티 로드맵 수립

- 초기 단계 커뮤니티 빌딩 또는 팬베이스 론칭 경험
