What you’ll do:
- Actively engage with the community
- Manage groups on social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Recruit volunteer moderator teams and provide ongoing management
- Write, translate, format, and edit materials for social media and in-game resources (including large volumes of text and visual content)
- Generate new formats of publications, develop and implement these ideas to increase activity on the platforms
- Foster a friendly and constructive atmosphere in our communities; promptly respond to conflicts
- Analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and generate reports
- Keep track of new social media tools, community development trends, and global best practices for effective implementation
What you need to succeed:
- Knowledge of user engagement and motivation systems
- Ability to write creative and well-structured texts
- Proficiency in effectively handling content
- Creative thinking, communicability, stress resistance, multitasking, responsibility
- A successful experience in increasing and maintaining the engagement of community
- Experience of working with volunteers, leading moderators, managing their motivation
Nice to have:
- Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in mobile gaming (strategy or collectible card games)
- Experience with the following platforms: Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
