Publicis Groupe is looking for a Community Manager to join their team. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing direct interaction with users on social media, attending to customer service inquiries on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and X, identifying critical customer service cases and escalating them to the appropriate party, and generating reports on critical cases for traceability. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience as a community manager.

Descripción del empleo

En esta ocasión nos encontramos en búsqueda de un community manager para nuestros equipos.  

Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encontrarán:

  • Gestión de interacción directa con los usuarios en redes sociales 
  • Atención de SAC en plataforma Meta, tiktok, X. 
  • Identificar casos criticos de SAC y escalar a quien corresponda y hacer seguimiento 
  • Realizar informa con casos críticos para ver trazabilidad. 

Requisitos

  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años como community manager 
  • Identificar patrones de quejas y reclamos para ver oportunidades de mejora
