Establish the foundations of community management for our flagship product – from scratch. You’ll have full autonomy over tools, processes, and platforms.
Long-Term Goal:
Build and lead a high-performing team of community managers to ensure our players are represented, engaged, and empowered.
Your Mission:
Manage and grow a thriving community of 14,000,000 players (and counting).
Interact with players across platforms – from Facebook and Twitter to YouTube, forums, blogs, and more.
Serve as the voice of the players in internal discussions, ensuring their feedback shapes the product.
Drive player engagement and facilitate meaningful 1:1 conversations.
Create and publish content that informs, entertains, and unites our player base.
Keep players and forum moderators updated on changes, new features, bug fixes, and development plans.
Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings on app stores.
Deliver regular reports summarizing community sentiment, feedback, and suggestions to guide development.
