[담당 업무]

• 게임 서비스 운영(GM)
• 게임 공식 커뮤니티 관리(공식 카페, 공식 트위터, 공식 유튜브 등)
• 커뮤니티 이벤트 기획 및 진행
• 유저 동향 및 VOC 관리
• 서비스 리스트 관리 및 사전 대응
• 운영 업무 프로세스 관리，운영 툴 기획 및 개선

[자격 요건]

• 중국어로 업무가 가능하신 분 
• 서브 컬쳐 게임과 문화에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
• MS 오피스를 이용해 원활하게 문서 작성이 가능하신 분
• (졸업 예정자) 졸업 전 풀타임 인턴 근무가 가능한 분
• (졸업 예정자) 졸업 후 입사가 가능한 분

[우대 사항]

• HoYoverse 게임을 평소에 즐겨하시는 분

What You Will Do:

• Manage the service operation as a Game Master (GM)
• Conduct official community management across various platforms, such as official Naver Cafe, Twitter, and YouTube
• Plan and execute community events
• Track community sentiments and feedbacks, managing the VoCs
• Active risk management and response
• Manage operational tasks and seek improvements on use of operational tools

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Korean plus working proficiency language ability in Chinese 
• Good understanding of gaming subcultures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Love of HoYoverse games a huge plus
