  • Monitor, analyze, and report on community sentiment and player feedback.

Community Program Development

  • Plan, budget, and execute a range of community programs, events, and campaigns.

  • Develop initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding core player audiences (e.g., tutorial content, feature spotlights, regional outreach).

  • Contribute to merchandise-related community activities, including branded items.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate developer-facing community activities such as livestreams, AMAs, and dev diaries.

  • Work alongside Social Media Specialists, Influencer Relations Managers, and Community Ambassadors to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Align community programs with product and marketing objectives.

Release and Issue Management

  • Manage beta testing efforts and structure tester feedback for product teams.

  • Collaborate with QA and developers to track live issues during game releases and updates.

  • Support crisis response planning and communication from a community perspective.

Strategic Insight & Reporting

  • Produce regular reports summarizing key community trends and insights.

  • Provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams to support game and content development.

  • Experience in community management, program coordination, or digital engagement roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to planning and execution.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse internal teams.

  • Comfortable managing communication across multiple channels and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international community initiatives or working with third-party community vendors.
