Job Description

Our Compliance Manager, Payments is responsible for supporting the CSG Global Ethics and Compliance Program under the leadership of the Chief Compliance Officer. You will report to the Head of Payments Compliance and will provide leadership and guidance within defined areas of the program. You will interact with management to achieve positive outcomes for the business and the program and may lead one or more direct reports in accomplishing defined goals.
Must have:
  • Maintain oversight of internal testing program; determine effectiveness of risk mitigation controls.
  • Conduct periodic internal monitoring and auditing based on established programs, policies or practices.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor Visa and Mastercard regulations, including PCI DSS and NACHA rules.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in payment regulations.
  • Ensure systems meet NACHA, Visa, and Mastercard compliance.
  • Summarize and disseminate changes in Laws, Rules, and Standards.
  • Perform risk analysis, draft policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable Laws, Rules and Standards.
  • Manage CSG’s Global Ethics and Compliance Program.
  • Ensure alignment with CSG’s strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate external ACH, Card industry and regulatory audits; provide guidance on required remediation.
  • Requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in compliance, audit, or legal within Payments/Fintech.
  • Strong working knowledge of Visa and Mastercard regulations, including PCI DSS, NACHA rules and other applicable requirements.
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading and motivating staff.
  • Project management skills.
  • PCIP, CAMS, or other professional compliance certifications.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English in a business environment.

You will report to the Head of Payments Compliance and will provide leadership and guidance within defined areas of the program. You will interact with management to achieve positive outcomes for the business and the program and may lead one or more direct reports in accomplishing defined goals.

We are looking for a Compliance Manager, Payments who will:

  • Maintain oversight of internal testing program; determine effectiveness of risk mitigation controls.
  • Conduct periodic internal monitoring and auditing based on established programs, policies or practices.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain subject matter expertise with respect to Visa and Mastercard regulations including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS); NACHA rules and other regulations applicable to CSG’s payments business.
  • Work with development teams to ensure that systems and applications meet NACHA, Visa and Mastercard compliance requirements.
  • Summarize, document and disseminate substance of Laws, Rules, Standards and related changes to key partners and business units.
  • Perform risk analysis, draft policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable Laws, Rules and Standards.
  • Utilize quality and operational excellence principles and processes to manage assigned aspects of CSG’s Global Ethics and Compliance Program and ensure alignment with CSG’s strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate external ACH, Card industry and regulatory audits; provide guidance on required remediation.
  • This role requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10%.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a relevant field such as compliance, audit, or legal within the Payments or Fintech industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Visa and Mastercard regulations, including PCI DSS, NACHA rules and other applicable requirements
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience leading and motivating staff
  • Project management skills
  • PCIP, CAMS, or other professional compliance certifications
