The Compliance Testing Senior Manager will assess and evaluate internal controls within the Group's fintech business, ensuring compliance, appropriateness, and effectiveness of operations. Responsibilities include developing and executing compliance testing plans (covering financial and legal risks), monitoring key business strategies, identifying risk issues, generating testing reports, and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in financial compliance consulting, testing, financial auditing, or IT auditing within financial institutions or accounting firms. Experience with reputable financial institutions, Big Four accounting firms, or renowned law firms is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential, and experience with data analysis tools like SQL or Python is advantageous.
