In this role as a Consulting Account Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest customers, responsible for ensuring the overall success and transformation with Google Cloud. You will align at the executive level, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, and understanding the business requirements and goals. You will lead the shared road maps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate customers digital transformation to improve the value on Google Cloud.
Additionally, you will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate the journey to our platform, maximize the business and technical operations, and serve as the primary advocate. The end result is increased value, engagement, customer satisfaction and expansion of the Google Cloud footprint.
