The role requires strong writing and communication skills.

The Challenge

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our People Operations team. This role is critical in building out a robust company intranet that will be an engaging, informative, and user-friendly resource for employees. The Content Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to develop, curate, and manage content on their respective intranet sites, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.

What You’ll Take On 

  • Content Strategy Development: Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and develop a cohesive content strategy for their intranet sections.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and maintenance of intranet content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the People Operations team and other departments, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the user experience by updating the layout, navigation, and design of intranet pages based on feedback and analytics.
  • Content Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for content development, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding across the intranet.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on best practices for content creation and maintenance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor intranet usage and engagement through analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for content improvement.

What You Bring 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content management, preferably in a corporate or HR setting.
  • Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in ServiceNow and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing user experience and content engagement.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,100 and $125,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
