Job Description

The Content Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Millie Moon Content and Marketing team to execute organic and paid content campaigns. Responsibilities include ideation, creation, and publishing of organic content on social media, supporting influencer content, managing owned channels, and reviewing content performance. The role involves suggesting content ideas, conducting research, and collaborating with marketing, content, and creative teams. The coordinator will also manage marketing collateral and assist with photoshoots. This position is key to supporting the broader marketing team's objectives and driving brand growth. They should be passionate about social media and pop culture trends.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of content creation or social media experience.
  • Experience in marketing with content, creative development, and copywriting.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Confident creating content for social media, including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Role Impact

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Millie Moon Content and Marketing team to execute both organic and paid content creating high-impact campaigns. You’ll contribute to the ideation, creation, and publishing of organic content across our social media channels, and support influencer content briefing and monitoring. You’ll also help manage our owned channels, review content performance, and brief new creative assets to the design team. Your contributions will play a key role in supporting the broader marketing team’s objectives and driving brand growth.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support the Content team with day-to-day operations across core activities, including organic content ideation and research, content creation and publishing across social media, influencer content briefing and UGC monitoring, and owned channel management (including website and EDM).
  • Assist in reviewing content performance, actioning insights, and briefing new content to the creative team to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Proactively suggest content ideas across brand channels that reflect the overarching platform and global content strategy.
  • Contribute to the execution of both organic and paid content campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing team.
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to help inform content strategy and support reporting on performance metrics to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader brand marketing, content, and creative teams to share learnings and provide seamless support across initiatives.
  • Support inventory management of marketing collateral, assist in photoshoot coordination, and take on other ad hoc tasks to help drive team success.


Skills & Experience
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media, ideally within a marketing or brand environment.
  • You bring relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on content, creative development, campaign execution, and copywriting.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • You’re confident creating content for social media platforms, including short-form TikTok videos and coordinating Instagram content plans.
  • You’re passionate about social media and pop culture trends, with a strong eye for producing engaging, on-brand creative content.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You’re highly organised, with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • You bring a balance of creative thinking and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • You’re driven, curious, and proactive - with a genuine interest in learning, growing, and contributing to a collaborative team.
