Continuous Improvement Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join their Value Delivery Office. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and process improvements across various business functions, with a keen focus on Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and process optimization.

This is a full-time 3-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in El Segundo, CA 2 days/week. 

Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities: 

• Cultivate a Lean mindset within partner business functions to drive process improvements

• Lead value stream mapping and core process development

• Identify key opportunities for efficiency and sales growth

• Collaborate with sponsors and project managers to scope and implement improvement projects

• Co-develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish visual management tools for tracking progress

• Implement standardized processes and root cause analysis techniques

Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, including leading or contributing to major enhancement programs within commercial teams, customer support, and compliance

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required

• Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and visual management implementation

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries (preferred)

• Prior experience working in global organizations (preferred)

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
