The Destiny 2 marketing team needs a Contract Associate Marketing Manager to assist Marketing Managers in all aspects of planning and execution. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day activities, liaising with multiple departments, documenting marketing plans, building marketing records, scheduling meetings, contributing to seasonal playbooks, supporting problem areas, troubleshooting communication, and ensuring timely communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, passionate about marketing, and able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The role involves close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to drive successful marketing campaigns that reach millions of players.

The Destiny 2 marketing team is consistently delivering campaigns with content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. We are responsible for leading the strategic planning and creative executions that promote our game. 

In this role you will assist the Marketing Managers in all aspects – Supporting both planning and executional work. You will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to drive collaboration and planning across publishing teams. You are highly organized and able to juggle and prioritize a multitude of projects. You are creative and passionate about all things marketing and have a desire to help improve process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support marketing team with day-to-day activities
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure plans are efficiently executed
  • Document and communicate key marketing plans and decisions
  • Build and maintain Marketing records, collaborating with various teams to centralize pertinent reference materials for upcoming releases
  • Schedule and coordinate regular meetings for seasonal and marcom planning
  • Contribute to seasonal playbooks and briefs
  • Support identified weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks
  • Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems
  • Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to Marketing Managers and Leads
  • Organize and collate feedback from multiple parties for content in review

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management with sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style
  • Must be able to handle a variety of multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing
  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or related field

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Passion for video games and the gaming industry
  • Familiarity with project management software (JIRA or Asana)
Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly), 

This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

$84,000$101,000 USD
