DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Lead and main point of contact for all requests on creative approvals between Nintendo of America (NOA) and agencies.
  • Responsible for downloading and sharing new product launch guidelines, brand guidelines, logos, campaign plans, and base creative, as well as working files with distributors, vendors, and agencies.
  • Assists Event Manager and Retail Marketing with reviewing, routing to localize, translate, and submit assets (print, digital, audio, and video) for approval.
  • Assists Event Manager with schedules, materials, and provides general support to Nintendo Latin America (NLA) during all stages of tradeshows and media events. Acts as liaison with various parties, agencies, and NOA functions.
  • Assists Event Manager with quarterly planning session reporting, weekly status reports, and other reports, as needed.
  • Budget tracker lead with responsibility for reviewing, reconciling, and processing department marketing expenses.
  • Submits purchase order requisitions and action memos for the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 

 
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience with prior events management experience being highly preferred.
  • Experience working with online tools and systems, with emphasis on Oracle Tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Business communication skills in Spanish highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus but not required.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

** This is a CONTRACT position 

  

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. 

  

This contract position has a base pay range of $30 - $42 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
