What You'll Do
- Record, track, and document all system contract request forms into the appropriate areas (summary sheet, file explorer, salesforce).
- Draft and prepare all gaming system agreements, system variation agreements, upgrade and novation agreements.
- Complete form for review in CLM and upload all system gaming agreements, system variation/upgrade agreements and novation agreements and liaise with legal team.
- Prepare the system gaming agreement for signature and send it to the customer for execution.
- Send all fully executed system gaming agreements, system variation/upgrade agreements and novation agreements to appropriate managers/persons.
- Draft and prepare all system proposals and send it to appropriate CXS BDE
- Liaise with business development executives/manager on service proposals and service hardware maintenance agreements that have a large volume of EGM or groups.
- Ensure all agreements/documents have been approved by the Business Development Executives.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management.
- High level of accuracy and detail.
- Strong ability in use of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel, power point).
- Previous experience in salesforce software application preferable but not essential.
