Job Description
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort seeks Cooks and Junior Cooks to support its diverse Food & Beverage operations. Responsibilities include storing food (raw, dry, canned, cooked); preparing raw food and ingredients; assisting Chefs in cooking; garnishing and dishing food according to menu and guest requirements. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory. Candidates without experience should possess a relevant Certificate or Diploma. Experience will influence potential for higher positions. The resort operates 365 days a year, demanding flexibility and adaptability from its culinary team.

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year.
