The CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator will contribute to developing and managing customer-focused relationships by planning and building highly targeted CRM lifecycles and campaigns across different brands, markets, and products. The role involves strategizing, building, and executing B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns to provide an excellent player experience. Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, briefing teams, building communication components, implementing testing strategies, collaborating on campaign results analysis, and supporting the team. This person will also support the wider Retention team in the implementation of new technologies, processes, or testing methodologies.
Must have:
  • Coordinate and implement campaigns across brands and markets.

Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY".

Bally's is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator to contribute to the development and management of customer-focused relationships by planning and building highly targeted and engaging CRM lifecycles & campaigns across various brands, markets and products. The objective is to analyze and optimize CRM to create a personalized and world-class experience. The successful candidate will require the ability to be very structured in their work and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

As a CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator for North America, you will be the driving force for supporting online casino and sportsbook CRM retention marketing efforts and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization. This role’s primary mission will be to strategize, build and execute B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns with the primary goal of providing a best-in-class player experience.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Coordinating and implementing campaigns & comms across multiple brands, markets, products, and customer segments, as briefed by the CRM Team Lead or other stakeholders
  • Briefing the content/design/BI teams on creative, copy, and data requirements to ensure smooth, high-quality asset delivery.
  • Building all the components of communications & campaigns in their respective systems, across channels including email, push notification, and Direct Mail
  • Implementing testing strategies on an ongoing basis to ensure that optimization remains at the heart of all communications
  • Collaborating with the BI department and the Insights Team to analyze and report on campaign results
  • Ensuring that relevant stakeholders have visibility of existing or future lifecycles and campaigns
  • Supporting the wider Retention team in the implementation of new technologies, processes, or testing methodologies
  • Collaborating with a wider Retention team and other departments for the ongoing improvement of CRM tools and processes
  • Performing other job duties as requested

  • Have a foundational understanding of CRM tooling ex. Braze and related platforms coupled with a solid understanding of platform metrics
  • Possess excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Be creative, passionate, and have a go-getter attitude
  • Be able to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be comfortable analyzing data and consumer research
  • Have exceptional Organizational Skills

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 USD
