Job Description For Posting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee, Health & Benefit Membership team at Marsh Philippines. This role will be based in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will grow and develop comprehensive insurance solutions for our clients in Asia, especially in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn and grow within the insurance broking space, done through our fantastic level of mentoring and development opportunities.

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate fulfillment of renewal and new business technical meeting (related to member data, card and invoice issuance)

  • Managing settlement of dispute transactions both with client and insurer

  • Participate in ad-hoc activities, i.e: winning new client

  • Providing first  touch point for client issue resolution

  • Premium reconciliation with client and insurer

  • Manage and deliver premium invoice in timely manner

  • Process, monitoring and evaluate vendor (insurance) service performance for member database, membership card and premium invoices

  • Under direct supervision, perform general membership administrative tasks e.g. control, secure & maintain update data member

  • Types reports and correspondence and performs other clerical duties or tasks as required e.g. cover letter to client for membership card, (Medical Check-Up) MCU etc

What you need to have: 

  • Minimum 5 years previous work experience in insurance industry specifically in Employee, Health & Benefit area

  • Capability of customer handling by phone, direct and email

  • Ability to interface with colleagues at all levels within the organization

  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
