Job Description

The Copywriter will work across CRED’s multiple lines of businesses to create product & marketing assets, from in-app messaging to WhatsApp, push notifications, email, and more. They will define and refine CRED’s voice across products, marketing, and campaigns. The role involves deciding how every feature speaks and taking marketing campaigns from concept to execution across multiple channels, including in-app communication, offline activations, and social content. Collaboration with internal teams like PR, product, or design is essential. The Copywriter will create impact at every level by driving action, shaping perception, and building brand affinity.

Experience writing across different mediums and channels

this role is for you if you are:

someone who understands that writing is both an art and a science. you know that writing isn’t just about words, it’s about influence. you have experience writing across different mediums and channels, knowing that an email isn’t a tweet, and a push notification isn’t a whatsapp message.
you understand how to write within a brand’s tone of voice and personality. you know the difference between funny and witty, and why the latter always wins.
