We are currently seeking a Risk Compliance Senior Associate to provide onboarding support in the area of risk management and compliance for our clients.
The successful candidate will be given opportunities to develop both their soft and technical skills, be involved in departmental or cross line of service project and communicate with internal stakeholders of all levels be part of a dynamic team and organisation.
How will you value-add?
Provide advice to clients and engagement teams as a risk consultant with regards to internal policy and procedures, external regulations and contractual matters
Develop and / or update practice aids and tools to assist practitioners in their service delivery to external clients
Lead and roll-out various risk and quality–related initiatives
Plan, design and implement new risk management initiatives with a view for efficiency with the use of technology
Provide external and internal review support
Oversee risk management related quality management monitoring processes as part of quality control procedures
Responsible for the full onboarding support for our new clients
About you
University Degree
Must have at least 3 years of experience of risk management / compliance experience in a similar role
Client oriented and experience in managing a portfolio of clients is preferred
Excellent project management skills
Ability to learn and deliver timely and quality results to external and internal stakeholders
Possesses a high level of resilience and positive work attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent team player, who possesses the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staff
