Position Summary:
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly compilation and reporting of key performance indicators. Performs daily review of inventory and weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations. Also performs variance analysis of labor, usage variances and overhead expenses. Participates in the development of annual plant budgets and assist in the maintenance of the standard cost system. Supports the maintenance of standard costs (ECN’s) in Oracle ERP system is an integral part of this role.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
· Advanced Excel experience required
· Ability to manage complexity well and demonstrated experience managing across functions and businesses to accomplish large scale goals in a large, public company environment
· Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management and across business units and functions
· Strong end-to-end process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
· Continuously improve work procedures and processes, including documentation, process mapping and efficiency
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills, time prioritization and risk assessment
· Excellent presentation and influencing skills, including the ability to raise issues appropriately to the right level internally and externally to resolve
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related area of study
Experience:
1+ years of Cost Accounting and GL experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
Oracle ERP experience, specifically using the manufacturing model is required
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
