Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Knowledge of IEEE 754
  • Experience with SIMD
Good to have:
  • Master's or PhD degree
  • Experience minimizing datapath power usage
  • Knowledge of modern high-performance microprocessor ISAs

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in floating point datapath design or mathematical modules.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Math, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in design techniques to minimize datapath power usage.
  • Knowledge of floating point and SIMD Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) used by a modern high performance microprocessor.
  • Understanding of IEEE 754 datapath implementations including design, verification and physical implementation issues.
