Creative & Design Project Management Intern

The Role:
The Creative & Design Project Management Intern will help with the management of: simple to medium sized projects (ie. packaging refresh), work to support resourcing strategy and team, help to build out onboarding templates, team best practices, flowcharts, and organize various design processes.

• Support our Project Managers to ensure that projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief

• Help to create and track project schedules, budget, and resources using Workfront and/or Asana tool

• Undertake general administrative project tasks (status updates, processing contracts, POs and invoices)

• Support Creative PM team with resourcing gsheets, excel, and tracking 

• Maintain weekly dashboards to track program status with BG and Design stakeholders

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 2+ Years of Project Coordination experience

• Self-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously

• Highly organized with good time management skills

• Strong passion to learn about project management principles and practices

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

• Collaboration and responsiveness

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• Basic Accounting

• Project Management 

Education: Junior/Senior pursuing BA/BS from university/college or commensurate job experience as a project coordinator (preferred but not mandatory)

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $ 24.00 hourly - $ 33.00 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
