Job Description

As a Senior Creative Director/Creative Director, you will collaborate with account and planning teams to develop strategic, business-shaping creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining the creative direction, generating innovative ideas across multiple channels, leading client meetings, managing client expectations, ensuring successful executions, and managing and mentoring team members. This role demands exceptional art/copywriting skills, strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and the ability to foster a culture of learning and excellence.

Must have:

Excellent art/copywriting ability with strategic thinking
Ability to maintain good relationship with mid/senior level clients
Ability to mentor creative personnel and foster learning and excellence among team members
Proficiency in both written and oral English
Strong art direction/writing and presentation skills
Effective client relations skills

• Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand

• To organize and present concepts in a clear manner. Lead client meetings, manage mid-senior client expectation

• Ensure executions amplifying the power of idea

• Hire, coach, and manage team members

Competencies

• Excellent art/copywriting ability with strategic thinking
